Areas of social responsibility

Responsible and Sustainable Practices

Sustainability is a core component of the Interlux Group's corporate identity and the foundation of our values. Our daily operations are built on well-structured processes that adhere to ISO quality management system standards, reflecting our commitment to responsibility towards employees, partners, customers, and the community.

The Interlux Group and its employees strongly oppose any violations of human rights, discrimination, violence, harassment, forced or child labor, intolerance of different views or lifestyles, or discrimination based on health status or conditions.

  • Sustainable Products and Solutions

We take a responsible approach to our entire supply chain, aiming to minimize the environmental impact of the solutions we distribute throughout their life cycle—from acquisition to disposal.

In our business practices, we are committed to sustainable development, with a strong focus on selecting business partners. We represent only sustainable, globally recognized manufacturers that develop efficient, reliable, safe, certified, and environmentally friendly technology solutions.

This ensures that medical, scientific, and other institutions in Lithuania receive high-quality, safe, ergonomic, and efficient technologies and tools for both employees and patients.

  • Sustainable Partnerships

We promote transparency and accountability in business by actively participating in socially responsible organizations, sharing best practices, and contributing to the development of more transparent legislative processes based on sustainability, innovation, and ecology.

We are active members of progressive organizations that unite transparent businesses, including the Lithuanian Responsible Business Association, the Lithuanian Business Confederation, and the Investors' Forum.

Interlux is also a member of the United Nations Global Compact and its National Network of Responsible Business Enterprises. We are committed to upholding the Global Compact’s 10 principles in the areas of human and employee rights, environmental protection, and the fight against corruption.

  • Equal Opportunities and Data Protection

The Equal Opportunities Policy of the Interlux Group ensures that all applicants and employees are treated equally, regardless of gender, race, nationality, language, origin, social status, religion, beliefs, opinions, age, sexual orientation, disability, ethnicity, or religion.

The Employees' Personal Data Retention Policy governs the processing and protection of employees' personal data, ensuring compliance with the Labour Code of the Republic of Lithuania, the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data, and other relevant legal acts. Prevention of Corruption

Interlux Group companies uphold the highest standards of transparency, ethical business practices, and anti-corruption measures. We maintain an ethical business culture, transparent relationships with business partners and customers, clear public procurement processes, transparent payroll and tax policies, fair competition, and strict adherence to legal and ethical standards.

We operate in full compliance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, international legal norms, and the 10 principles of the United Nations Global Compact, including its anti-corruption requirements.

  • Preventive Anti-Corruption Measures

From the moment of recruitment, employees are informed about the Code of Conduct at Interlux Group companies, which outlines the company's values, commitment to transparency, and the prohibition of corrupt practices. All employees are required to adhere to this Code.

Employees also confirm that they are aware of the company's Uniform Operating Procedures, Anti-Corruption Policy, and Competition Compliance Manual. These documents detail each employee's obligation to act honestly and ethically, comply with the law, uphold competition law standards, and meet anti-corruption obligations. If employees observe any signs of corruption, they are required to report it immediately to their direct supervisor and the Transparency and Anti-Corruption Channel at pranesk@interlux.lt.

  • Anti-Corruption Policy

Interlux Group companies do not tolerate corruption at any level and maintain a transparent tax policy. As outlined in the Anti-Corruption Policy, the companies do not support political parties, movements, or other political associations. The policy also bans facilitation payments. In the event of potentially corrupt practices, employees are instructed to report such activities to the law enforcement authorities of the Republic of Lithuania. Employees who report violations of internal procedures will not face dismissal, reprisal, or any negative consequences for doing so. The Anti-Corruption Policy also applies to contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers of Interlux Group companies.

The Interlux Group periodically monitors the Code of Conduct and Anti-Corruption Policy, and employees are regularly reminded of these documents and other related transparency norms during anti-corruption training sessions.

  • Prevention of Conflicts of Interest

To maintain the highest ethical standards and prevent conflicts of interest, all staff members are required to complete a signed declaration of their professional and private interests and disclose any potential sources of conflict. Employees must refrain from participating in processes that could undermine the transparency of public procurement.

If the declaration reveals any potential conflicts of interest involving the employee or their relatives, the employee will be prohibited from working in related sales or any role where a conflict of interest may arise.
